ASAP Rocky covers a ton of ground in an interview in which he chats about his upcoming single, “Pain,” why it’s not yet time for him to work with Drake (”a kind-hearted kid”), being told to keep your eye on the prize by Kanye, and working with Alexander Wang(!) on the styling for his upcoming video “Cristal.”
He then goes on to discuss how Azaelia Banks might be mad at his crew, and his belief it was “petty” and a “low blow” for Banks to pick on Iggy Azalea over her runaway slavemaster lyrics because “she’s not a racist–trust me” (rep for your woman, Rock!). He finishes by describing his upcoming album as “epic,” “great” and “futuristic.”
